SECTION 21 – SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be paid at the time of purchase.

EG-Solution is committed to shipping the product as quickly as possible, taking all necessary time to provide the product or service in the best possible way. Delivery times may vary. EG-Solution can provide estimated delivery times, but this information should not be relied upon, as it may vary for reasons beyond EG-Solution's control.

The product is shipped via a third-party service that may vary from shipment to shipment. EG-Solution is no longer responsible for the product once it has been handed over to the courier. EG-Solution undertakes to deliver the product intact and packaged in the best possible way to withstand transportation to the courier. If the product is damaged, tampered with, or delivered damaged, the customer agrees that EG-Solution is not responsible. EG-Solution does not accept returns of damaged or tampered products after delivery. EG-Solution may assist the customer in recovering damage or tampering incurred during shipping, but at its sole discretion and without any guarantee of fulfillment.

The customer may request order cancellation and refund up until the product is handed over to the courier for shipment. Once the product has been handed over to the courier for shipment, the customer must wait for delivery before requesting a refund. From the date of receipt of the product, the customer may request a return according to the procedures described in section 22 of the following general conditions.

SECTION 22 – REFUNDS AND RETURNS

22.1 – Refunds for products and services will be processed exclusively through the payment method used for the purchase. If the payment method used by the customer to purchase the product or service via the website www.eg-solution.it does not allow for a refund, the refund will not be processed through other services or sent to third parties. In this case, it will be the customer's responsibility to resolve the issue and prepare the payment method for receiving the refund.

Returns of products or services purchased through the eg-solution.it website are possible no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the delivery or the date of signing the contract, as required by Italian law. The customer undertakes to comply with Italian regulations regarding returns and refunds even if they are resident or physically domiciled outside of Italy and even if they receive the product or service outside of Italy.

All costs related to the return are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping costs to the address provided by eg-solution.it and any other costs of any kind.

The return procedures for physical products are as follows:
The customer must send an email to info@eg-solution.it no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, clearly stating their desire to return it. If the return request is made after 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, eg-solution reserves the right to refuse the return without providing further explanation to the customer, who agrees not to return the product and not to receive a refund.

The returned product must be intact, untampered with, or damaged in any way, and complete with all accessories, including the original packaging. Products returned in packaging other than the original will not be accepted. Therefore, the customer is required to keep the original packaging and the product in perfect condition for the first 14 days after receiving it. Any damage to the product during return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

EG-Solution reserves the right to inspect the returned product and not issue a refund if it is deemed unsuitable. The assessment of the returned product's condition is at EG-Solution's discretion and is final.

If the conditions of the returned product are not deemed suitable for a refund, the customer may request a return at his or her own expense, including shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and any other costs.

If the conditions of the returned product are deemed suitable for obtaining a refund, this will be carried out according to the methods described in point 22.1 within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
